The crypto exchange and wallet Abra has shared that it will offer its clients the chance to invest in stocks and in Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) from its app: its users, in around 155 countries, will be able to trade popular stocks and ETFs directly from it.

And may use cryptocurrencies to do so.

“[...] Abra is leveling the playing field for everyone, [...] we’re giving our customers access to the same investment products that everyone in the US has enjoyed for decades.” — Shared Bill Barhydt, Abra’s CEO.

We are talking about the opportunity to invest in 50 new conventional investment assets with zero trading fees. Assets like Facebook, Apple, Amazon and Google stocks — or such as the S&P 500 and Vanguard Growth ETFs, among others.

And the good news from the US-based company do not end here. Abra also shared it will add more global assets, like commodities, in the future.
