World-known directors David Lynch (Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me 1992) and Steven Soderbergh (Ocean's Twelve 2004) have joined blockchain-focused film studio Breaker, according to Verdict.
Breaker is a rebranded version of the blockchain entertainment studio SingularDTV.
The head of Breaker, LeBeau says SingularDTV "has evolved into Breaker, which is a dynamic concept with many meanings. It also signifies the crest of a wave coming to shore with explosive energy."
"We created Breaker to make a similar impact and help evolve the entertainment industry," LeBeau added.
However, what is more important, is that the studio produces original content where famous director David Lynch is among the executive producers.
In addition, Breaker acquired Perfect, exec-produced by Steven Soderbergh, also famous for a raft of Oscar-winning movies.
Earlier, Singapore's Vidfish streaming service launched the new blockchain video platform with 12,000 hours of Chinese content focused on the global market.
