According to the official website of The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance, the regulator is creating a special working group to discuss and develop a legal framework for crypto taxation.
The group will be mainly focused on identifying cryptocurrency tax regulation options within the existing laws, as well as identifying possible and potential instances in which new or revised legislation is necessary.
As it was reported earlier, in September Ukraine Ministry of Finance introduced a bill that was filed by a team of 23 deputies in order to propose cryptocurrency taxation.
