World’s biggest air company France-KLM discover blockchain opportunities
According to the interview with the head of Air France-KLM blockchain program Iris Taguet, one of the world’s biggest air company sees a lot of blockchain opportunities and is actively involved in their exploration and implementation.
Taguet also said that the blockchain’s ability to deliver trust at scale can be used in almost every area of the airline business from passenger identity to cargo management and finance and settlement.
Before the official launch of their own blockchain program, Air France-KLM was working with the Boston Consulting Group to get an external view on the potential of blockchain technology.
