The French financial market regulator (AMF) announced the replenishment of the blacklist. This time 20 websites dealing with cryptocurrency investments hit it.

The regulator found these sites "unauthorized" and offering "atypical investments."

Earlier, the organization has already replenished its blacklist with similar sites and under the same pretexts. In March, 15 sites were blocked. Back then the regulator commented on this saying:

"No advertising materials should make you overlook the fact that high returns always involve high risk.”

Belgium Updates Crypto Blacklist

Recently Belgian regulators added to their blacklist of crypto fraudsters 28 sites, simultaneously warning investors of the associated risks.

France Adopts ICO Laws

French regulator AMF has recently received extended powers and can now license the ICO. Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said that this step will attract investors from all over the world. According to these rules, all interested companies should provide the regulator with detailed information about their product. The legislation allows the French regulator to approve and issue permits for enterprises intending to run ICO in France, but only if "these projects provide specific guarantees for investors". These measures were taken specifically to protect investors from the risks that carry the investment in ICO.
