Thomson Reuters has launched a new Cryptocurrency Real Time Rates service which will provide real-time information about six foreign currencies.
bitFlyer and BITPoint are the launch partners and Thomson Reuters plans to add more exchanges in the future.
“Thomson Reuters Cryptocurrency Real Time Rates enhances our rate offering and helps create a transparent and efficient global marketplace, vital to the future stability of cryptocurrency trading to support the investor,” - Michael Go, Head of FX Market Development - Asia Pacific at Thomson Reuters, said in press release.
What kind of cryptocurrency can be tracked using Cryptocurrency Real Time Rates is not specified in the press release.
The data feed are accessible through a customized API on Thomson Reuters Eikon.
