The price of Bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) hit $6,306.58 for the first time10 days after first breaching the $6,300 on Sunday evening, the Business Insider reported.

Bitcoin has pulled back slightly on Monday morning and is trading was $6,111.14 as of 7.35 a.m. BST (2.35 a.m. ET).

This time, the drive of Bitcoin did not draw away funds from the altcoins, as some coins and tokens also jumped, pushing off recent lows.

Bitcoin Cash (EXANTE: Bitcoin.Cash) added more than 35% to its price in the past seven days, standing at $445.56 after being depressed around $300 for weeks.

Even Bitcoin Gold futures seemed to benefit, adding more than 7% in the past 24 hours to trade at $130.

Bitcoin has risen over 500% against the dollar so far this year.
