Bitcoin Mining Difficulty Falls by 2.94%

The difficulty of mining Bitcoin has fallen by 2.94% as a result of the latest recalculation, resulting in the indicator falling back to around 52.33 T.

The average hashrate over the period since the previous value change has been 374.5 EH/s. The range between blocks has slightly exceeded the 10 minutes provided by the algorithm of the largest crypto by market capitalization.

According to experts from analytics company Glassnode, the 7-day smoothed moving average of the network hashrate has fallen from record levels to 366.4 EH/s. In June, the hashrate approached 400 EH/s.

According to the Hashrate Index, since the beginning of the month, the hash price has fallen more than 10%, from $0.078 per TH per day to around $0.07.
