i'm not recommended this broker. Those bonus give by fbs not even support to the margin call and the customer service very bad in response. My Advise never use this broker.

My trading experience with this broker has been really good, their features like trade execution and deposit withdraw methods are really good, their customer support is pretty quick and responsive, i also liked it's promotions and bonus offers, so i would like to recommend this broker to others.

I have problem with FBS when I want to withdrawal by card. Prior to withdrawal, I have lost my card & asked both live chat & email for advice. They asked a bank letter as evidence for the replacement of the lost & new card, which took me about 1 week with appointment, emails & follow up call. By the time I manage to get the letter & proceed with withdrawal request, they have rejected my withdrawal request using the new card & came with excuses (procedure/system problem, etc). Then they have proposed other witdtharal method using Netteler & Wire Transfer. They are trying to delay my withdrawal & information from FBS support are not consistence. I'm not happy with the service & have withdrawal all my funds. Newcomers, please be careful with this broker as they will come with all possible excuses to not give your money
