ETX slipped my SL position by 65 pips costing me 3% of my account., not the 1% I was expecting. I contacted them and they just put me on hold until the call dropped. Needless to say, I have since closed my account. Slippage is an anticipated risk with trading but I have never experienced it at this level which is completely unacceptable. I can't believe that anyone serious about trading would consider ETX as a broker.

this is another bucket shop broker that wont pay up once you start to make money.they will use the same old common excuses of trades executed on erroneous price errors as per are t&c without any proof whatsoever.they have deleted 8k gbp from my account.as a buisness concept it is a great buisness 95 % of traders loose and the ones that make any money we wont pay them.its a brilliant buisness to get into.report these scumbags to the relevant agencies and on social media to put them out of buisness.

Really good trading platform with plenty of tools....my only gripe is that they seem to charge 10 times the normal overnight rollover fee.
